Babies are born explorers, and as a parent, you are their first guide. That's why Mom or Dad participates right alongside their little one in all our Parent and Tot classes. Right from the start, our fun-filled classes are packed with activities that develop motor skills, physical fitness and early social skills. In an environment loaded with songs, smiles, bright colors, clapping hands and plenty of encouragement. With the guidance of a trained instructor, parents help their child develop gross motor and pre-gymnastics skills. You and your child can work on a great combination of strength and coordination. With four different skill stations each week, parents are needed to encourage, cheer and assist their children while promoting the development of basic listening skills!
In this first age where the child participates in class without a parent, building strong physical skills is coupled with basic motor skill development. Following directions, staying with the group and listening to the teacher play an important part, and of course, kids learn while having fun! While building self-confidence, children will develop coordination, body awareness, and gross motor skills through basic gymnastics. Teachers and children will have fun together utilizing all of the equipment.
